Oakridge Real Estate was founded by Cedar Falls natives Dave Page and Todd Hunemuller in 1982. It’s grown to be the largest, independent, locally owned real estate company in the Cedar Valley. Today, the company’s four owners include Cedar Falls/Waterloo natives Brian Page (son of the co-founder), Dan Berregaard, Ann Lyons, and Carl Ericson. The majority of the more than 50 agents at Oakridge were born or raised in the Cedar Valley, which gives them a deep understanding of real estate and the community.
