Paige Peyton may only have a few years of being an agent under her belt, but she’s already proven she knows how to get results. That’s why she was named Rookie Realtor of the Year in 2018 by the Northeast Iowa Board of Realtors. Her clients describe her as energetic, highly driven, honest, and dedicated. Paige enjoys working with all levels of buyers and sellers, but says helping educate first-time home buyers and seeing their excitement “really fills her cup.”
Born and raised in Dyersville, Iowa, Paige moved to Cedar Falls to attend UNI, earning a degree in family services and a minor in gerontology. Her background helps guide her as she works one-on-one with clients to understand their unique needs and goals no matter what chapter of life they’re in.

Paige wants to understand who her clients are and what motivates and inspires them. She uses that knowledge to bring a personal touch to the real estate experience. She’s also happy to share a little about herself. Whether it’s the fact she loves going for walks with friends, having a good dinner with her husband, or spending time with her mini Golden Doodle, Cora.
